We have installed the 8.5.1 muti-user version of the client, and have users using Lotus Notes fine. We have since upgraded to 8.5.1 which has still not fixed the issue. We are really struggling to get mailto working at all! IBM do not seem to know the answer, although Citrix installations are supported.
